Where Cash Teller Machines are running
What can clients do at a Cash Teller Machine?
Cash in, get cash, send cash (to another bank or e-wallet, or for pickup at a partner outlet), pay bills and buy e-load. With a QR Ph card, they can also check their balance and transfer funds.
Do clients need a bank card?
No. Clients can use the QR Ph code from a supported bank or e-wallet app, such as their bank’s or cooperative’s own app. The machine also takes QR Ph cards, and local ATM cards for getting cash.
How is a Cash Teller Machine different from an ATM?
It runs on QR Ph, so clients can use their bank or e-wallet app instead of a card, and it takes cash in as well as giving cash out, plus sending cash, bill payments and e-load. That lets it serve clients where a full branch isn’t feasible.
Who is it for?
Rural banks, cooperatives and microfinance institutions that want to serve clients beyond their branches. It is part of the RBPay Suite for rural banks and the DigiCOOP Suite for cooperatives.
